The proposed solution enables automatic generation of personalized phone calls, such as:
- A template selected by the customer is used to generate different messages for different campaigns
- Automated retrieval of personalization attributes for each message from different customer systems
- Automatically constructs a personalized message that is synthesized into a voice – messages can be in over 150 different languages
- An automated message is sent to the appropriate subscriber
- Enables event-driven call initiation
The service allows the following:
- Manage allowable days and time periods for ringing.
- Management of the caller ID for each individual call
- Management of the male/female voice of the message, as well as the speed of utterance
- Use of the SIP service selected by the respective customer (incl. separate SIP services for different campaigns)
- Automatic generation of statistics for each call – date/time, status, duration, etc.
- Automatic organisation of call follow-up depending on its status
- Automated generation of IVR functionality
The proposed solution extends the capabilities of IBM Instana and enables automatic generation of SMS/Viber/Voice call notifications to the reaction team. The notifications will be triggered by events in IBM Instana, which will be automatically received via the Instana APIs.
In addition, the proposed solution enables automatic logging of tickets into the external support team’s ticketing system.
