Service Centrix, Gold Partner of UiPath, realized a large-scale RPA project at Postbank for the automation of 20 business processes. After the implementation of the RPA technologies, the bank optimized the activities of one of its busiest units, as the robots freed up a resource of over 100 man-days per month. Process execution time was reduced by an average of 80%, and the operational risk of errors in manual operations was reduced from about 5% to zero. Return on investment (ROI) of 3: 1 for 1 year is envisaged.
The bank will continue to implement robots that will automate new business processes.
