“Business Processes Automation through robotization – best practices and challenges”

Service Centrix participated in the 16th edition of the HR and Leadership Forum in Sofia on the 31^st of October, 2019. The event was attended by more than 700 visitors – CEOs and senior managers, HR professionals from different sectors of the economy, IT professionals, representatives of consulting companies, recruitment agencies, public administration, PR specialists, NGO sector.

We organized a special workshop called: Business Processes Automation through robotization – best practices and challenges, with which we introduced to the participants the latest trends in business process automation through robotization (Robotic Process Automation – RPA). Mr.Vladimir Kantchev demonstrated the process end to end – starting from the selection of the best process candidates for automation; going through the collection of business requirements; end up with full process robotization and maintenance. During the workshop, the lecturer presented to the audience real case studies of customer implemented robots, which business processes can be automated and what challenges face the business during and after the implementation.
